National University of Entre Rios Start Submission

Founded in 1969 the Institute of Food Technology in association with the National University of Entre Rios, this branch of the university evolved with the mission of incorporating technology into the food productions through the development of human resources in the region of city of Concordia, Province of Entre Ríos. With courses such as Food Engineering teaching design, implement and control operations and processes inherent to the food industry and agro-industrial raw materials, manufacturing, transformation and processing techniques using natural resources, establishing standards for processing and storage of food products, this faculty of the university leaves an invaluable footprint in the sands of science.
