Beatriz Alicia Leyva Osuna
Summary
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration
from the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON) and a PhD in Philosophy with
a focus on Administration from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL).
I currently work as a professor and researcher at the Department of
Administrative Sciences. I began teaching full-time in 2011, where I
participate responsibly in both academic and research fields. Within the
academic field, I am in charge of the Business Projects Block, focused on the
development of strategic management skills, as well as the coordination of the
Project Management I, Project Management II, and Supply Chain academies in the
Bachelor’s Program in Business Administration and the coordination of the
Tourism Project Management academy in the Bachelor’s Program in Tourism
Business Administration. I am an active member of the Consolidated Academic
Body “Study of Organizations”, in which I contribute to the “Organizational
Analysis and Management” Research Line with projects and publications on topics
such as Strategy Management, Leadership, Organizational Performance,
Entrepreneurship, and Gender. Additionally, as part of my commitment to
research, I am a member of the National System of Researchers (SNII) with the
appointment of a leve I. In the professional
field, I have served as Head of the Scientific Administration Secretariat at
the College of Graduates in Administration of Ciudad Obregón, Sonora (CONLA)
since 2019, contributing to the strengthening of scientific administration with
guest speakers who present their research to the business, professional, and
national conferences, colloquia, and forums within the industry and beyond,
among other activities.
