Authors submitting to JISDCES agree that:

5. Editor & Reviewer Conduct
All Editors and Reviewers must:
- Maintain confidentiality of submitted content.

- Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity.
6. Publishing Ethics
JISDCES adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines and does not tolerate plagiarism, falsification, or unethical behavior. Plagiarism checks are conducted using iThenticate or similar tools.
7. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Authors may be required to pay an APC to cover the cost of peer review, editing, production, and archiving. Fee waivers or discounts may be available upon request, especially for authors from low-income countries.
8. Archiving and Indexing
All published content is permanently archived and indexed through scholarly databases including CrossRef (with DOI), Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and others.

JISDCES is not responsible for the views or opinions expressed in published articles. Authors bear full responsibility for their content. The journal reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
